As for a gaming board, I'd like to see some benchmarks, as to which card (the Santa Cruz or the SB Live!) can offload more sound-processing features from the CPU, and do it on it's own hardware. The Santa Cruz is a 5.1 channel sound card (audio accelerator as they call it) with some interesting capabilities.

I did a clean upgrade from WinME to WIN2K and am unable to find a driver for the Santa Cruz sound card. I am also looking for the interface (eq, volume, balance, etc.). When I go to the TB webpage, the drivers specifically say "not for DELL" and I did not see a Win2k driver on the Dell site.
